In the middle of the pretty hinterland of the Provence you have Seillans, one of the most beautiful villages in France. 8 km from the centre you have a residential domain (not a holiday resort!) of 46Ha of which this comfortable villa is a part.

This beautiful domain situated on a hill has a few common facilities : there is a large swimming pool with toddler pool, 2 tennis courts, a few petanque lanes, a play ground and lots of space where the children can play safely.

Also close to the house you have tennis and badminton rackets at your disposal. The house has a mediterranean garden with palm trees, rose bays and the typical olive tree. Behind the house you have the private heated swimming pool(10 x 6 m, 1.10 - 2.00 m depth) sun terrace and 8 deckchairs.

From the covered terrace with furniture and moveable barbecue, you have a view of the pool with the slanted rolling landscape as a backdrop. From the domain you can easily take several nice walks in the countryside with phenomenal views.

For the golfers there are several 18 holes golf court(eg Terre Blanche at Tourrettes) within a short distance.

The nearby lake of St-Cassien guarantees hours of swimming, pedalo, surfing and sailing pleasure. The beaches of Cannes, Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël are within 40 minutes. It takes about an hour to get to the magnificent Gorges du Verdon where you can kayak, canoe, climb and hike.

The glider club of Fayence is well known by gliders. There is a bakery in Brovès-en-Seillans(2km). For daily shopping you can go to scenic Seillans or Fayence. Large variety of restaurants with a few high class restaurants within a range of 30 km. Don’t miss your wine degustation at one of the wine-growers close by.

This detached house has a surface of 175 m2 and a lovely Mediterranean garden with spacious terraces and furniture. The house easily fits 6 to 8 persons and a baby. Parking facilities for several cars.

The house consists of a cosy living room with french window access to the covered terrace. There is a bookcase with a collection of English, French and Dutch books. Free WIFI. You can use the telephone to make international calls to landlines and mobile numbers within Europe.

The open plan kitchen has all modern fittings (fridge, dishwasher, hob, combination oven microwave, 2nd SMEG fridge with freezer, NESPRESSO machine, coffee maker, water boiler, toaster, ...) and plenty of cutlery, glasses and wine glasses. The dining room is one step lower and has a view on the garden and terrace.

In the living room you have a staircase to the TV mezzanine where you can watch the news at home. Some English channels available. A selection of DVD’s are at your disposal.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Bedroom 1 has a double bed(1x160 cm) and en-suite bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet. Bedroom 2 has a double bed(1x160 cm) and en-suite shower room (shower and washbasin). From the shower room you access the children's bedroom with two separate beds(2x90cm). This bedroom also has direct access to the terrace. Bedroom 4 is on the mezzanine and can be reached using a staircase in the dinning room. The sofa can be converted to a comfortable double bed. All bedrooms have plenty of storage space. Hairdryer available in each bathroom.

A good vacation starts with a good night rest. You will be sleeping on slat bases made by Swissflex and high quality mattresses. All bedrooms and the TV mezzanine are equipped with reversible air conditioning.

In the hall you have a separate toilet with washbasin and a storeroom with washing machine, ironing board, cleaning products, .... Baby bed and high chair available as well as safety gates for the little ones. 

At the house you can swim in the heated pool or train in the 25m shared pool on the domain.
