La Lechere Guest House is een bekroond 4-sterren guesthouse in Phalaborwa, perfect gelegen op slechts enkele minuten rijden van de Phalaborwa Gate van het wereldberoemde Kruger National Park, één van de grootste wildparken van Afrika. De accommodatie combineert comfort, stijl en ontspanning met moderne Afrikaanse inrichting, een tropische tuin en 2 zwembaden. Het guesthouse is volledig voorzien van zonne-energie en een eigen waterbron, wat zorgt voor continu comfort, zelfs bij stroomuitval. 
Alle kamers zijn voorzien van airconditioning, satelliet tv (DSTV), gratis Wi-Fi, een kluisje, haardroger, en thee- en koffiefaciliteiten met complimentary biscuits. Elke ochtend wordt een volledig Engels ontbijt geserveerd op het houten deck met uitzicht over het zwembad.

De omgeving biedt een spectaculair wildlife-ervaring met kans op het zien van de “Big Five”, panoramische routes zoals de Blyde River Canyon en natuurlijke highlights zoals God’s Window en de Three Rondavels.

Nothing wrong at all with the property. Phalaborwa is lacking in restaurants but the hosts recommended place to eat - by the gate into Kruger rather than in town - was fabulous
It was the second time we stayed at La Lechere, and it was beyond what we remembered from our last stay. The whole team who works there are absolutely fabulous and keep it mind every detail. The room was perfectly clean and refreshed daily at the perfect time, our breakfast was fantastic, both types of them while having it by the garden / pool area, or the take away type which is meticulously prepared in a lovely cooler box to take with us while we were early morning for a game drive around kruger Park. The location of La Lechere is about 6 minutes drive from kruger. The Garden is beautiful and makes you feel like you are in an oasis, far away from any disturbances. We also used their pool, perfect to chill, and the laundry service which was fast and super efficient. We will definitely go back with some more family to share with them such an Eden of tranquility.
The room was spacious and very comfortable. Two swimming pools, magnificent places/lounges to relax, it's a superb hotel. The staff were super friendly, very welcoming and full of recommendations on restaurants and shops in the city. Ideally located, a 5-minute drive from the entrance to Kruger Park, and they book all the activities for you - we loved our stay
