COMPETITION RULES “Win ​​a 5-day stay (4 nights) in Poland for 2 people, to be taken in September or October 2024"

Article 1: Organization

​These competition regulations determine the rules regarding the conditions of participation for the competition 'win a 5-day stay (4 nights) in Poland (month of September'), which runs from 08/06/2024 to 23/06//2024 and which TOP-VAKANTIEHUIZEN BV – hereinafter referred to as the Organizer – organizes via the website and newsletter. The competition is conducted in accordance with these competition regulations The competition is based on TOP-VAKANTIEHUIZEN BV located at Eerste Aardstraat 4, 8531 Harelbeke, BE.

​Article 2: Conditions of participation

​2.1. Participation in the competition is permitted for anyone who is 18 years or older at the time of participation in the competition and who is officially domiciled in Belgium for the entire duration of the competition. [Minors may only participate in the competition if they have obtained the express permission of their parents or guardian. If the minor cannot provide this consent, any further participation in the competition may be denied or the right to a prize may be withdrawn.]

​2.2. The participant is not obliged to pay any compensation or contribution for participating in the competition. Furthermore, the competition contains no obligation to purchase.

​2.3. Each participant can only participate in the competition once. Registration is done in the name of the participant. If a participant registers with multiple accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify him or her.

​Article 3: Competition proceedings

​3.1. The Competition runs from 08/06/2024 to 23/06/2024.

​3.2. The winner will be announced on Sunday 23/06/2024

Article 4: Prices

​4.1. The winner will receive a 5-day stay (4 nights) for free at B&B EMARIK in Poland. The address will be communicated by e-mail.

​4.2. The prize cannot be exchanged or converted into cash.

​4.3. The winner will be notified by email, within a maximum period of 7 days after the end of the competition.

Article 5: Supervision of competition and decisions

​5.1. The Organizer monitors the correct conduct of the competition. Any form of fraud, attempted fraud, abuse or attempted abuse and/or reasonable suspicion of fraud, as well as any invalid entry may lead to exclusion of the participant from the competition without prior warning being required. Organized or collective participation in the competition is considered abuse or fraud. The Organizer reserves the right to take the necessary legal action in the event of invalid entries, fraud, deception and/or bad faith, including the possibility of requesting the return of any prize that may have already been awarded and claiming damages for the damage suffered by the Organizer (including damage to image).

5.2. The result of the competition is binding and irrevocable. It cannot be challenged. The results, determination of the winner and the course of the competition cannot be communicated (by letter, e-mail or telephone) with the Organizer, nor will any further explanation be given. Problems with the interpretation or application of these regulations will be decided independently by the Organizer.

​Article 6: Liability

​6.1. The Organizer is not responsible for any damage, bodily harm or accidents that may occur as a result of winning a prize and/or participating in a competition.

​6.2. The Organizer cannot be held liable for any defect in the prize or if the prize does not meet the expectations created.

​6.3. The Organizer is not responsible for the inability to deliver a prize if the participant provided insufficient, incomplete or incorrect contact details when participating or for poor service provided by the postal and/or courier companies when delivering the prize, such as delay, damage, strike or loss.

​6.4. Printing, spelling, typesetting or other errors as well as technical problems (including e-mail communication) cannot be invoked as grounds for any obligation whatsoever on the part of the Organizer.

​6.5. If the Organizer is forced to postpone, shorten or cancel a competition, change the competition regulations or adjust the competition formula, it cannot be held liable for this in any way.

​6.6. The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or affiliated with Facebook. Furthermore, Facebook cannot be held liable in any way for the competition or the resulting collection of personal data by the Organizer.

​Article 7: Personal data

​7.1. The personal data (such as your name and email address) of each participant is collected by the Organizer and processed in a database, for the smooth running of the competition. This data is subject to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation). This data is used for monitoring the competition and for identifying and communicating with the winners of the competition. This data will be further processed and used in accordance with the modalities described in the privacy statement of the Organizer. ​Article 8: The regulations

​8.1. By participating in the competition, the participant fully accepts these competition rules and all decisions that the Organizer will make in connection with the Competition.

​8.2. The Organizer reserves the right to change, expand or cancel the competition and the competition regulations as a result of force majeure.

​8.3. The competition regulations are subject to Belgian law. In the event of disputes regarding the creation, interpretation, content, implementation and termination of the competition regulations, the courts in Kortrijk have exclusive jurisdiction.
