The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is en suite to the master bedroom, both bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower / toilet / sink.
There is air conditioning everywhere in the bedrooms
From the spacious open living room with lounge and dining area you have a view and access to the semi-open kitchen, which is equipped with all comfort and equipment.
Internet/wifi/smart TV are available
Washing machine/ironing board/iron is also available
Adjacent to the living room is a beautiful semi-covered terrace where you can enjoy breakfast and BBQ. An automatic awning is available if the sun is too bright.
A few steps down we find the beautiful private swimming pool with spacious surrounding sun terrace, sun loungers and parasol.
There is a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet near the swimming pool so that you do not have to go through the house every time.
The grounds surrounding the house are completely fenced and closed by an electric gate, there is enough space to park 3 cars within the grounds.
This house is in a very quiet location and has everything you need to fully enjoy your holiday.
Supermarkets Mercadona, Aldi and Liddl are only 2.5 km away

Fossa beach is 3 km away from the house
Calpe is also the ideal base for cycling enthusiasts, guided cycle tours can be taken and bicycles can be rented.
Twice a week, Wednesday and Saturday, a vegetable and textile market also takes place.
