The first bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower combination, sink and toilet.
The second bedroom has 3 single beds and fitted wardrobes
The second bathroom is separate and is located next to the bedroom and has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
The hallway takes us to the fully equipped kitchen and the open living space with a dining area and lounge with TV (TV Flanders).
By means of Through a sliding window you enter the cozy terrace from the lounge.
There is a central air conditioning system in the apartment, ceiling fans have also been installed in both bedrooms.

The apartment is located in old Calpe where there is a rich history of culture with the beautiful old town and the Spanish steps really worth a visit and enjoying the delicious Spanish bars and restaurants.
Nearby, about 700 m, you will find the sandy beach of Arenal, where you can enjoy a day at the seaside and a lovely walk on the beautiful promenade with numerous shops and restaurants.
Calpe is also a good base for cyclists and walkers, there is a beautiful walking path that goes from Calpe along the coast to Moraira.
For cyclists there are numerous options to rent bicycles and the hilly courses around are ideal for keeping up your physical fitness.

Calpe is centrally located between Alicante and Valencia, so both airports can be used.
