This beautiful newly furnished and renovated detached villa is located in the Baladrar region in a cul-de-sac and has a fantastic private swimming pool.

The house is spread over two floors.
You enter the ground floor which is on the same level as the swimming pool and the beautiful outdoor area.
Here you will find a fully equipped separate kitchen with all appliances and comfort, a cozy separate sitting area/lounge, a spacious dining room with a beautiful large round table.
Further down the hallway from the dining room you will find the master bedroom with a bathroom en suite and direct access to the terrace and pool, a second bedroom and a separate bathroom.
Both bathrooms on the ground floor have a shower/toilet/sink
The bedrooms have air conditioning.
Via the stairs we find 2 more bedrooms and 1 bathroom with bath/toilet/sink on the top floor. And a private terrace.
These bedrooms also have air conditioning
There is internet/wifi (fiber optic) available in the house
a smart TV is also available
The grounds are completely private and fenced and closed by an entrance gate.
There is also a garage that can be used to store a car or bicycles/motorcycles.
Casa el destino is located in the Baladrar region in a side street of Avinguda del Baladrar.
First eatery at 400 m, restaurante la tartana, and the beach and supermarket at a 12-minute walk.
Moraira with its beautiful marina is only a 10-minute drive away, where you can enjoy wonderful bars and restaurants.
