Holiday resort Gagnoni is spread over the back of a hill. At the top of the hill is Villa Gagnoni, a large country house with its own garden, swimming pool and amenities, suitable for families or groups of friends who want to spend their holidays together.

Villa Gagnoni is an exclusive country house in an authentic Leopoldian style dating back to the 18th century. The villa can be rented as a holiday home for groups up to 10 people, or if extended with the rental of the annex Casa Veltha up to 14 people. The privacy of the guests is ensured by the unique position of the villa at the top of the hill and the use of a private swimming pool (10 m x 6.5 m) with comfortable sun loungers, where you can enjoy the Tuscan sun.

Villa Gagnoni is surrounded by an impressive garden of 5000 m2 with olive trees, cypresses, palms and Mediterranean plants. From the villa you have a beautiful view of the surrounding nature reserve and ValdiChiana (Valle della Chiana river). .

The grounds of the villa are completely fenced. Access is through a gate leading through an impressive cypress avenue to a private parking space.

Whichever option you prefer, a stay at Gagnoni will be an experience you will never forget.

Villa Gagnoni:

All bedrooms are equipped with super comfortable box-spring beds with a width of 1.80 m.

All windows are fitted with mosquito nets.

Heating: gas central heating with radiators.

Kitchen equipment: fitted kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, hood, dishwasher and 2 large fridges with freezer. Toaster, kettle, coffee maker, juicer.

There is a BBQ available, type barbecook.

Villa Gagnoni has a separate laundry room with washing machine.Casa Veltha (named after the national Etruscan god of the region of Etruria) is a recently renovated duplex, consisting of a ground floor and first floor, suitable for max. 4 persons. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, each with a shower. The house has a private garden with a paved terrace under a pergola at the rear of the house with a view of the hamlet and the Valdichiana valley.

Casa Veltha is located on top of the hill and can be rented together with Villa Gagnoni for a stay of a group of maximum 14 people. In this case, the guests of Villa Gagnoni and Casa Veltha use the private swimming pool of the Villa together.

The beautiful and cozy art cities of Siena, Arezzo and Cortona are half an hour's drive away and are definitely worth a visit! Florence, the grand capital of Tuscany, breathes history. Orvieto and Perugia also deserve your attention. The tourist sites of Pisa, San Gimignano and Lucca are also easily reached from Gagnoni.

Tuscany is the birthplace of the Etruscans who lived here peacefully, steeped in a rich culture, but were eventually defeated by the Romans. You can visit many cemeteries of the Etruscans everywhere in Tuscany, but also in the surrounding regions. You will also find several museums dedicated to this intriguing people.
