The holiday home is located on one of the upper terraces of the estate. The location is spacious and that guarantees privacy. There is an open kitchen with room. In the kitchen you will find all kinds of equipment such as a dishwasher, stove, large refrigerator, microwave, oven and coffee maker. There is a pellet stove for the cool days and there is also underfloor heating. The house is built with very insulating blocks both in terms of heat and cold and sound. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. On the first floor is the third bedroom with a toilet and sink. A deposit is always requested when booking. No change on Sundays.

One of the bathrooms on the ground floor is accessible for disabled people. There is also a washing machine on the patio. Spacious private terrace on the west and north side of the house with unobstructed views. Furniture is provided. The bathrooms are complete with towels, no bath towels for the pool. The beds are made for guests upon arrival. Baby bed is possible on request.

The holiday home is part of an estate that is used entirely for tourism. This means that a number of facilities are shared, such as the swimming pool, terrace at the bar and reception, library, and an information corridor with various display cases.

It is located at the foot of the Serra da Estrela nature park, central Portugal. A nature park formed in the ice age. A rugged and rocky landscape that shows something different after every bend. A park par excellence to discover by car, on foot or by bike. There are various walking and cycling routes available from the estate and in other parts of the park. From the estate you can easily walk to a village for groceries or otherwise.
