Spectacular elegant and cozy townhouse in Sa Pobla, suitable for up to 8 people. It is located in the center of the town of Sa Pobla, just 200 meters from the main square, known for its great atmosphere, tapas and local cuisine. Villa Ca na Marrona is perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday, just 11 km from the famous beaches of Alcudia and Pollensa and also very close to the Tramuntana mountains.

There is an incredible view of the bell tower of the old church of Sant Antoni Abat, from the superior room, which conveys the feeling of the Mediterranean villas on the Spanish coast, Tuscany, Venice, etc.

The house does not have its own parking, but you can park for free in the streets of the town.

All bedrooms have a smart TV and air conditioning. Gastronomy is the great strength of this ancient and cosmopolitan town with its warm and hospitable people.

The recently renovated mansion is distributed over 3 floors, with 2 mezzanines. With a capacity for 8 people and its spacious and comfortable rooms, the house has all the services you need: swimming pool, solarium, all 4 rooms with Smart TV (two of them with en suite bathrooms), two independent shower rooms, a large kitchen, dining room, washing machine, air conditioning, etc.

As we enter the house through the hall, we find the first bedroom, with two double beds, before entering the elegant living room. The living room has two sofas and satellite TV. From the living room we can access the patio, the dining room or the stairs to the bedrooms.

The patio, about 18m long, presents a private chlorine pool of 6m x 3m, an outdoor shower, 4 sunbeds, a dining table and a barbecue, to prepare delicious dinners in the open air with your friends or family.

The living room also leads to the dining room, with a large round table, and the kitchen, which has a dishwasher, an electric oven, an induction hob, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a toaster and all the other necessary utensils to prepare a delicious meal. On the ground floor there are two bathrooms with a shower, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine and an iron.

Upstairs, on the first mezzanine, we find a second bedroom, with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a dressing room. Another 4 steps lead us to a hallway with 3 wardrobes, a bathroom with a shower room and a bedroom with two single beds and a dressing room. The last door opens onto the last staircase, with a spacious shower and dressing room on the mezzanine and a romantic double bedroom under the roof, overlooking the church tower.

Every evening in July there are free jazz concerts in the village square. On Mondays it is international musicians. On Sundays you can enjoy a great agricultural market in the centre of the village and on Wednesdays there is a special tapas evening.
