This first floor duplex apartment can accommodate up to 9 people and has a private roof terrace with sunbeds, dining table and barbecue. It is located in the historic centre of Alcudia, with everything you need within walking distance.

This two-storey apartment has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the first floor we enter a spacious living-dining room, divided into 3 areas: a sitting area with a sofa and a balcony overlooking the pedestrian street, a dining area with a large table for 6 and a living-dining room with kitchenette, sofa, smart TV, typical Majorcan rocking chairs and another dining table for 6. The fireplace is only decorative (not for use). The entire accommodation is equipped with air conditioning (cold/heat function). The kitchenette has a dishwasher, an oven and all the other necessary utensils to prepare a tasty dinner for the whole group. The dining kitchen gives access to the patio, with a dining table for 6, where you can enjoy the fresh air even on the hottest days. The hallway around the patio leads us from the dining kitchen to a bathroom with a shower and to two of the bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a large double bed (1.20m), both with a window to the bright hallway and the patio.
The staircase leads us from the living room at the front to the next floor, where we find a study and three bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with space to prepare an extra bed for up to 2 more people). The study gives access to the large roof terrace, perfect for sunbathing and outdoor dining. There is an outdoor shower on the terrace. The apartment has a washing machine and an iron, and we can prepare a baby bed and a high chair free of charge. The staircase is equipped with child safety gates on both sides.
The old town of Alcudia, with its car-free streets, surrounded by the old Roman city wall, has many restaurants and shops. The long, white sandy beach of Alcudia is less than 2 km away and there are some quieter, small bays within 1.2 km, such as Morer Vermell, all within walking distance. We are happy to help you with all the information for your holiday.
Special hiking tours that we recommend are for example the bay of Coll Baix or the top of Talaia de La Victoria, with the stone beach of s'Illot de La Victoria.
Nearby there is also a water slide park, Hidropark, and the golf course of Aucanada.
Alcudia is easily reached by a direct bus from the airport to the village, just 120 m from the apartment.
