This beautiful apartment, renovated 3 years ago, is located on the first floor of a building without a lift.
From the 10-metre terrace you can enjoy the Mediterranean Sea, the intense turquoise blue of the water and the beautiful sunsets.
The apartment is located in a block with other neighbours, please respect the tranquility of the neighbours.

The owner usually responds within 1 day.
It can accommodate up to 5 people in one of the 3 bedrooms: there are 2 double bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed and the other with two 90 cm beds) and 1 single bedroom with a 90 cm bed, 1 full bathroom, 1 toilet and a large living-dining room with satellite TV, DVD and Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary kitchenware and electrical appliances (fridge, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc.) during your well-deserved holiday.
There are three electric radiators in the apartment.
There are two air conditioners, one in the living room and one in the hallway to the bedrooms.
The apartment has an excellent location on the beach, but at the same time it is located in the centre of Ca'n Picafort, very close to supermarkets, shops of all kinds, bars, restaurants and leisure facilities (water sports, children's playgrounds and nightlife).
