Large, modern villa for 6 people, with private pool, in a quiet mountain village with few neighbours.

The spacious villa has a large infinity saltwater pool, an outdoor dining area with a charcoal barbecue and all kinds of modern amenities to make your holiday comfortable.

The garden is divided into three levels. The first terrace is a large terrace of 12x4m with a dining table for 6 and another for 4 people, with enough chairs for everyone. There is a charcoal barbecue. The second level is the infinity salt pool, which measures approximately 7x8m, with a depth of 1.70m. Three steps lead comfortably down to the pool, the first step forms a platform for the children to play. A terrace of 5x3m next to the pool with 2 sunbeds and two chairs provides a relaxing afternoon, perfect for a drink or some sunbathing, while the children play in the pool. The next height is normally used to set a table for 4, to have a drink or enjoy a chat after dinner under the stars.

On the first terrace, under the pool, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, as well as a shower room to wash off the salt after bathing.

The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and central heating. There is a wooden baby bed and a high chair, available only on request, for a child up to two years old. For an additional cot and high chair package there is an additional cost.

It is strictly forbidden to celebrate parties or other events in the house.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is only allowed outdoors.

There are 4 bedrooms: 2 doubles and 2 singles. One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with shower and there are two more shared bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath and shower). There is an additional bathroom with shower, outside, next to the laundry room under the pool.

Upon entering the villa, a few steps lead to the first bedroom, which has a double bed, TV, playstation 2 (with games), pool/air hockey table, wardrobe, desk and CD/cassette player. On this floor we also find the two individual bedrooms. Both have a single bed (one of which is adjustable), a large desk, wardrobe and a window to the quiet driveway. These three rooms share two bathrooms.

Further up the stairs we reach the second floor. Here we find the master bedroom with double bed, with the en-suite bathroom with shower. This room also has views of the mountains to the east. It has a large wardrobe and central heating. On this floor we also find the spacious living and dining room, the kitchen, terraces and the pool. The living area has a sofa, two comfortable armchairs and two poufs, a decorative fireplace (not for use), a TV, views of the pool at the back and a 16 m2 terrace to the east, to enjoy breakfast at sunrise. The dining area has a large dining table and 6 chairs. The terrace chairs can be used for a larger group. The dining area leads to the kitchen and to the garden terrace. The kitchen has a large cooking island with an induction hob and a vertical extractor hood, a dishwasher, an electric oven, a microwave, osmosis for drinking water, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle and views of the pool.

The area is a natural reserve at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains. The hamlet of Binibona consists of a few rural tourist houses and some neighbours. There are no shops or other services. There is a restaurant at the entrance to the hamlet, in the New Can Furios Hotel, with a beautiful courtyard terrace, which offers a high-quality tasting menu in the evening (only with prior booking before 4pm) and a menu from the menu in the afternoon. In the nearest villages of Moscari or Caimari (both 2km from the villa) you will find a small shop for basic needs, and in Selva (4km) you will find a larger supermarket and a pharmacy. In Inca (6km) you will find all other amenities, as well as larger supermarkets, ATMs, a hospital, etc.

Binibona is a perfect place for cyclists and walkers, as there are many routes nearby, or for families looking for a quiet holiday in a well-connected area, to easily visit all corners of the island.
