Casa Zanola is a recently restored house for 12 to 13 people, located in the lesser-known but enchanting region of Oltropò Pavese. South of the Po River in the province of Pavia in Lombardia. The panoramic view extends from the Alps over the Po Valley to the Ligurian coast!

The house is spread over 3 floors, each with a fully equipped apartment per floor with kitchen, living room and bathroom (for 4 people). Ideal for a family or friends who go on holiday together, but still want their own privacy.

Each apartment is equipped with fly screens and there are 2 bedrooms (with good beds and mattresses).

The lower and middle apartments each have a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds. The upper apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with bunk beds with pull-out bed (for a possible fifth person).

The bathrooms are equipped with a bath, shower, toilet, and the kitchens are also equipped with every comfort: oven, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer.

Outside you can enjoy the beautiful panoramas of the surrounding mountains on the many terraces, patio and around the swimming pool. There is also a pizza oven and barbecue.

The house is completely fenced and located on a hill at the end of a dead-end street. There is a spacious garage for 2 cars.

Casa Zanola is centrally located in the north-west of Italy and there is a good connection for excursions to Milan, Como, Genoa, the Ligurian coast, Piacenza, Asti, Pavia and the Certosa, Parma…

But the immediate area also has many possibilities: charming towns and villages, castles, monasteries, numerous restaurants (from simple restaurants to taste the many local products to even a Michelin star restaurant...), tasty wines...

For sports enthusiasts, there are numerous opportunities for walking, cycling, horse riding, mountain tours or simply swimming in the rivers...

You will find all basic facilities within 10 minutes: pharmacy, shops (bakery, butcher, supermarket...), bar and restaurants, markets... There are large supermarkets within a 30-minute drive.
