FINCA FOUR SEASONS is a spacious detached Spanish villa with every conceivable luxury with a lush tropical garden and lots of privacy.

We rent the ground floor, which is divided into 2 spacious apartments with connecting doors for completely private use. We live PARTLY of the year in the Olive Tree apartment upstairs (this has a separate entrance, so you can maintain complete privacy everywhere downstairs)

The Finca offers many extras such as a fully equipped bar with TV where you can watch sports matches and then enjoy a BBQ outside under the pergola with space for 10 people. There is also a wood-fired Finnish sauna with a view of the olive plantation, swimming pool, jacuzzi for 6 people and an area where you can practice cardio and strength training (outdoor gym). in short, too many to mention.  

This beautiful villa is centrally located on the Costa Blanca near Benissa, 10 minutes from the coast where you will find towns such as MORAIRA, ALTHEA, JALON, and CALPE.

The villa is divided into 3 very spacious and luxurious apartments.

* Apartment Jasmin (below pool side max 4 persons)

*If you are interested in renting the entire house, the swimming pool and all facilities (sauna, gym, jacuzzi, bar area) are for PRIVATE use.

If you would like to rent one or two apartments, this will be discussed with us to determine whether all outdoor areas are for PRIVATE use

DOWNSTAIRS (Oleander & Jasmin) each suitable for 4 people with 2 en-suite bathrooms, living room and kitchen. These apartments are linked together and can possibly be rented for 8 people.

UPSTAIRS apartment (Olive Tree) is a very spacious floor with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Suitable for 6 people. you can enjoy a spectacular view from the living room.

Outside the summer months of July and August, we are mainly specialized in facilitating retreats (spiritual & yoga), team building events / workvacation). furthermore, this is a paradise for cycling enthusiasts and we have all the extra facilities to fully recover and relax from a cycling or hiking adventure in the sauna and jacuzzi. The decor is in a Spanish Balinese theme with elements from the past. Everything finished with great care and luxury for the ultimate holiday feeling.  The finca was completely renovated and renovated in 2024 to a very high luxury level.

The Finca is located in the area of ​​Benissa on the Costa Blanca, 15 minutes from various beaches. Quietly located with lots of privacy...
