Le Cazalfiann

Located in the beautiful village of PAUNAT, with its more than 1000 year old abbey church, is our Chambres d'Hôtes. Le Cazalfiann is a beautifully restored house and bergerie, located on a 3.5 ha piece of sloping private land. It has a unique location on a hill with a beautiful view over the Pradelle valley. The rooms in the bergerie, completely renovated in 2020/2021, offer you every comfort. We have three double rooms and one triple room. All rooms have their own shower, sink, toilet and air conditioning.

You can enjoy the peace and quiet at our panoramic swimming pool (10m x 5m).

We cook for our guests 3 times a week. We offer a 3-course menu, coffee or tea included.

The other days you can go to the nearby villages or to Paunat itself. Within walking distance is "Julien", located at the abbey church in an oasis of peace. Reservations are the message. We will be happy to do this for you.

Paunat is a village in "Le Périgord Noir", "the black Périgord", known for its truffles, chestnuts and walnuts but of course also for its forests.

We are the ideal starting point for walking and cycling. In the vicinity you can also go kayaking, golfing, ballooning,...

Furthermore, there are so many beautiful villages to discover, castles to visit, historical sites and bastides, caves, beautiful gardens, etc...

Paunat is centrally located between the three cities of Perigueux, Bergerac and Sarlat. Definitely worth a visit.
