Casa La Gaviota is a stunning detached holiday villa situated in a unique location on the Costa Blanca – in the Javea (Xàbia) region.
Perched on a cliff approximately 100 meters above the Mediterranean Sea, you can enjoy spectacular panoramic sea views from almost every room.
The south-facing villa combines privacy, tranquility, and stylish outdoor living: it features a private pool, spacious terraces, and plenty of space for both socializing and retreating.
Thanks to its location by the sea, yet in a peaceful residential area, the villa is perfect for guests who want to relax, enjoy the view, and be close to the beach and nature.
Inside Casa La Gaviota, you'll find a tasteful interior design that emphasizes light, space, and views.
The house boasts four bedrooms and four en-suite bathrooms, ensuring optimal comfort and privacy.
Direct sea views are offered from every room, creating impressive moments of relaxation. The living and dining room flow seamlessly into the outdoor spaces: large windows and French doors create a seamless transition between the interior and exterior living spaces.
The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, while the outdoor areas include a covered terrace, an outdoor kitchen/bar, sun loungers, and a pool deck—perfect for breakfast in the sun, lunch al fresco, or a peaceful evening under the stars.
The setting of Casa La Gaviota is truly special: you'll be staying in one of Jávea's most desirable spots, between the bays of Granadella and Ambolo, with sea views that stretch across the Mediterranean horizon.
Thanks to its location in a quiet residential area, you'll feel secluded from the hustle and bustle of tourism, yet you're just a few minutes' drive or walk from beaches, local amenities, and nature reserves.
Hiking trails in the Granadella nature reserve are within easy reach, and water sports, diving, or simply enjoying the beach are also possible.
For those who love peace and quiet, nature, and magnificent views: this is the ideal destination.
