All accommodations are located on an extensive, green estate with terraces and panoramic views over the Italian hillside landscape. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool, the wood-fired hot tub, the outdoor kitchen, the lounge area, all sharing a calm and spacious atmosphere, an authentic ambiance, and the opportunity to experience both privacy and conviviality. And, as is customary in Italy, there is a cozy tent in the garden with a long table underneath where guests can meet for a bite to eat, play a game, or have a pleasant conversation.

Apartment Reniccio is warm and charmingly decorated in the authentic style of traditional Italian country houses, with exposed wooden beams, terracotta floors, and characterful details that immediately create a homely atmosphere. The cozy living room invites you to relax after a day of excursions in the Le Marche region and is furnished with comfortable seating.

The fully equipped kitchen includes, among other things, a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher, so you can comfortably cook for yourself even on vacation. The separate bedroom with a double bed offers a peaceful night's sleep in a charming setting. The bathroom is practically arranged with a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink.

Guests of this apartment can enjoy all the various luxury facilities on the estate. Of course, they can use a large barbecue and the beautiful swimming pool. The daily luxury breakfast, linens, towels, bath towels, swimming pool use, tourist tax, waste disposal, and final cleaning are included in the price.

Optional facilities that can be booked are: twice a week a delightful typical Italian dinner with matching wines and music, a pasta workshop, and a sauna & hot tub arrangement. We request a contribution for heating costs based on actual consumption (pellets for the stove).

Italy is known for its delicious oils and balsamics. We offer our guests a free tasting once a week to get acquainted with these wonderful products.
