Welcome to Villa Agii Pantes, an authentic holiday home in the quiet village of Agii Pantes in the Fokida region, on the Greek Gulf of Corinth. This charming holiday home combines the tranquility of a traditional Greek village with the proximity of the sea, nature and culture.

With a living area of ​​approximately 110 m², the house can accommodate up to 6 people. From the spacious balcony with new awnings so you can sit cool, you can enjoy a beautiful view of both the sea and the surrounding mountains. The large garden of approximately 220 m², with a fig tree, olive tree and pomegranate tree, provides a wonderful place to relax outdoors.

The holiday home is located directly on the pleasant village square, where you will find two authentic Greek tavernas. Only about 1 kilometer away is a pebble beach with the prestigious Blue Flag, known for its clear and clean sea water.

Villa Agii Pantes is also an ideal base for excursions. The world-famous archaeological center of Delphi is approximately 45 minutes' drive away, while nature lovers and winter sports enthusiasts can reach the ski resort of the Parnassos Mountains in approximately 90 minutes. This makes this holiday home not only an excellent choice for a summer holiday by the sea, but also for an active holiday in spring and autumn or even during winter.

Towns such as Galaxidi and Eratini (15 minutes' drive) are also worth a visit and you will find cozy bars and cafes and a supermarket. The beautiful town of Nafpaktos is a 40-minute drive away, where you can cross to the Peloponnese and has a rich history with a beautiful castle and harbor. 

The property is practically laid out over two floors and offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a cosy living room with an open-plan kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your own meals and has all the necessary amenities, with the exception of a dishwasher. On cooler evenings, the wood-burning stove provides extra warmth and a cosy atmosphere.

Upstairs, there are two comfortable bedrooms, a spacious open landing with a sofa bed suitable for two children, and a separate toilet. Both the master bedroom and the landing provide access to a spacious balcony with beautiful views of the sea and the mountains.

Agii Pantes is a small, authentic Greek village in the region of Phocis, where peace, hospitality and nature take centre stage. With a population of just around 144 residents, you can still experience the real Greece here, far away from mass tourism.

Just a short distance from the village lies a beautiful Blue Flag beach, where you can enjoy crystal-clear waters, swimming, snorkelling and relaxing along the Gulf of Corinth. Around the central village square, you’ll find cosy traditional tavernas where you can discover local cuisine and experience genuine Greek hospitality.

From the holiday home, you can easily explore some of the highlights of Central Greece. Visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Delphi, one of Greece’s most important archaeological sites, or head into nature towards the impressive Parnassos mountain range, with its beautiful hiking trails and, in winter, opportunities for skiing.
