Daarnaast is er een slaapbank aanwezig, waardoor ook grotere gezinnen of gezelschappen comfortabel in de woning kunnen verblijven.

De woonkamer heeft een comfortabele zithoek met televisie en een open haard. Vanuit de leefruimte is er toegang tot de buitenruimte en het terras. Airconditioning zorgt ook tijdens warme zomerdagen voor een aangename temperatuur.

De keuken is volledig uitgerust om tijdens de vakantie zelf te kunnen koken. Tot de voorzieningen behoren onder andere een kookplaat, oven, koelkast, magnetron, vaatwasser, koffiezetapparaat, servies en keukengerei. Ook een wasmachine en droger zijn aanwezig, wat praktisch is bij een langer verblijf.
