Apartment Roca is part of Mas Solana, a small-scale and personally managed holiday accommodation in rural Andalusia, near Huércal-Overa in the province of Almería. Guests staying in Roca can use the communal facilities at Mas Solana. The property includes a swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, garden and barbecue area. There are also various opportunities for relaxation and activities, including table tennis, badminton, pétanque and archery. A slide and swings are available for children, and pets are welcome.

Guests who prefer an easy start to the day can also book breakfast at Mas Solana. Parking is available on the property.

Apartment Roca has two bedrooms, each with a double bed. A sofa bed in the living/kitchen area provides sleeping space for two additional guests, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to six people.

The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower and an adapted toilet for guests with reduced mobility. Combined with its wheelchair-accessible layout, this makes Roca stand out from the other apartments at Mas Solana.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator with freezer compartment. Salt, pepper and olive oil are provided by the owners. For cooler days, a gas heater and electric heaters are available. Portable fans provide cooling during warmer periods. Roca therefore does not have the air conditioning available in some of the other apartments at Mas Solana.

Outside, there are two terraces. At the entrance, there is a terrace with a table and chairs, while on the swimming pool side there is a second terrace with comfortable seating. This makes it possible to find a pleasant spot in the sun or shade at different times of the day.

For families, a baby cot can be provided on request. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

In addition to its beach, Garrucha offers a promenade with bars and restaurants and a marina; the beach is approximately 45 kilometres from the accommodation.

The region also has plenty to offer outside the traditional summer season. During winter and early spring, for example, the surrounding area can be explored on walks and excursions, while the almond blossom season in Andalusia also begins in February.
