'Le Noyer' can accommodate 5 people.
The house has an unobstructed view to the south, sheltered terraces and a private swimming pool.It is located between meadows and nut orchards, in the rural village of Juillac, on 640 m2 of land.
The pool is heated from mid-May to the end of September.
Non-smokers are welcome.
The house has 2 bedrooms each
- a double bed (160cm x 200cm)
- summer duvets (220cm x 240cm)
There is a single bed on the mezzanine.
Bed linen required, please provide yourself.
You must bring your own bath towels and kitchen towels.
july and August: rental from Sunday to Sunday (€1195/week).
From May 15 to the end of June and September: rental from Saturday to Saturday (€770/week)
extension in days possible at € 110/night
october to May 15: rental per night at €80 night (minimum 3 nights) from €560/week
final cleaning: €85.00 mandatory
deposit: €200.00 (the deposit will be refunded within 14 days after the end of the rental)
The old house consists of a large, comfortable open plan living space downstairs, with a lovely spacious kitchen and a cozy dining room.There is a wood stove, television and WiFi.
The living room has patio doors to the covered terrace.The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, gas stove with electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.
Next to the kitchen there is a bathroom with bath, sink & toilet.
The stairs lead to a mezzanine with desk and single bed and to a double bedroom.
The new part has an entrance with separate toilet, large bathroom with shower and sink and built-in washing machine, spacious bedrooms with a large bed and a baby bed. There is also a cot and 2 highchairs available.
The partly covered terrace with BBQ corner, garden set and sunbeds and the beautiful swimming pool (5x10m) face south, offer optimal privacy and border the nut orchard.The swimming pool with Roman steps can be seen from the terrace.The pool is salt-based and heated from mid-May to the end of September.
'Le Noyer' is the ideal holiday spot for those who love peace and tranquility.
