Le Sable Doux is located in the heart of Middelkerke, in Residence Melrose. The luxurious studio/room has been tastefully furnished to offer you a pleasant stay. You can enjoy a beautiful side sea view, and a beautiful view of the shopping street.

Our concept: Due to a shortage of accommodation with luxury rooms in our neighborhood we have tried to fill in that emptiness and create the best of both worlds. A luxury studio with hotel allures, with all basic needs, minimal service, central location and a flexible attitude towards the guests. Our target audience are bon vivants!

Although "Le Sable Doux" is not a hotel, you will find many hotel accents with us.

Bed linen: The property is equipped with quality luxury bedding for a peaceful night's sleep. 

The bathroom is equipped with the necessary towels and a set of care products and toilet paper.

Cleaning: The standard cleaning costs are included. The accommodation is furnished with very high quality building materials (solid parquet, ceramic tiles, natural stone, solid wood wall coverings, glass, ...). We ask our guests to deal with and maintain them with due care and respect.

Parking / Loading-unloading: Before the entrance of Residence Melrose, where studio "Le Sable Doux" is located, you can place your car to unload your luggage and bring it to the studio. There is no parking in the building. Food and drinks: Breakfast: The studio is equipped with all basic necessities to prepare a simple breakfast. There is a Nespresso compatible coffee machine and an electric kettle. The wall unit with bar chairs is right next to the kitchenette. On the ground floor of studio "Le Sable Doux" is a bakery / breakfast shop / lunch shop, De Veneziana. They offer a basic breakfast. In the neighborhood you will find a number of possibilities for breakfast, of which a list is present in the studio.

Supermarket: Nearby there is a Spar supermarket of the Colruyt group which has a very extensive range of food and care products. Open 7/7.

Restaurant: We are the owner of Restaurant De Lekpot, located on the Zeedijk nr 138 in Middelkerke. As with our studio, we try to satisfy our customers and make the "experience" of their stay as good as possible. In Middelkerke we still have many colleagues who are worth visiting. You will find a list of this in our accommodation.

Shopping: Middelkerke has a nice shopping street. Le Sable doux is located just between the shopping street and the sea. With the coastal tram you can also go shopping to Ostend, Nieuwpoort or Koksijde. In addition to operating Restaurant De Lekpot, we are also owners of Home & Deco Couleurs de Provence. You can certainly notice the style in our restaurant and studio. Every Thursday morning there is a general market on the market place. 

Bike rental: At 50 meters from the accommodation you can rent both electric and regular city bikes. Middelkerke has many bicycle routes. https://www.middelkerke.be/nl/fietsenenwandelen You also enjoy a discount at the bike rental, and can leave the bike with them if you rent for several days.
