Our country house is located on the edge of the village of Frantzeskiana Metochia near bustling Rethymno and has a magnificent view of the valley and its surrounding hills.

Here the streets have no names, there are more sheep than people, and yet you are close to long sandy beaches, culture, old cities, archaeological sites and beautiful nature.

Come and enjoy the peace, the sun, the sea, the traditional taverna, ... with your family or just the two of you.

Our accommodations are centrally located around the swimming pool with a view of the valley and the ideal base for exploring Crete.

We are always present to give you tips for excursions.

Rethymnon with its Venetian harbor and Fortezza, get lost in the narrow, cozy little alleys and be tempted by delicious Greek meals.

Hiking paradise with countless gorges and natural beauty.

Crete is a hiking paradise. Put on your walking shoes and be enchanted by its natural beauty at sunrise. Samaria is the must-see, but the Imbros Gorge is much shorter and quieter. And how impressive is the Patsos Gorge. Take a walk along Lake Kournas or follow the Mystic-view walk to Matala... Endless walking pleasure.

Culture and archaeological sites.

The oldest civilization in Europe originated on Crete. Of course, Knossos and the Minois Palace of Phaitos no longer have any secrets for you. Visit the Arkadi Monastery. Cross the Lasiti plateau and descend into the Psychro Gorge, the birthplace of Zeus.
