This nature house sleeps 8.

There are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (linen provided), 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and 3 furnished terraces with a swimming pool (4x8m). An extra crib, a baby chair, and a high chair are also available.

The drive to the house is about an hour and a half from Kalamata International Airport. The last 6 km to the house is a gravel road. With a bit of care, an SUV or crossover isn't necessary, but it is easier.

The tap water is rainwater. Nearby is a well with drinking water. You'll pass it every time you go outside. Two bottles of water are provided in the kitchen for refilling. Of course you can also buy bottled water, but the former is more ecological.

The house is situated in the heart of a Natura 2000 area spanning thousands of hectares (11,200 ha of bird habitat and 122,900 ha of marine area). There are dozens of kilometers of hiking trails among the flower-rich meadows, scrubland, forests, and olive groves. The peace, tranquility, and natural beauty make it a unique spot for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. Just 300 meters from the terrace, 160 meters below, lies the Ionian Sea, with the island of Venetiko to the southwest.

To the east, until the end of April, you can see the snow-capped peaks of the 2,407-meter-high Profitis Ilias of the Taygetos Mountains. There are 180° sea views.

There are several beaches nearby. Mostly unspoilt but here and there also with a bar and the possibility to use parasols.

The nearest village is Vasilitsi, a 20-minute drive away, with a minimarket and the excellent Nikos Restaurant. The medieval town of Koroni, with restaurants, shops, and a supermarket, is a 30-minute drive away.

The winter period is a minimum of 5 days, and the winter period is a minimum of 10 days.

Living area and kitchen:

The kitchen and living room are located under the roof in one space. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.

There is a dining table for eight, including all necessary cutlery. A highchair is also provided.

In front of the sliding window with a sea view is a sofa and a reading nook with a rocking chair and a bookcase containing about 100 books, mainly in Dutch, but also some in English and German. On the other side of the sofa is a pellet stove.

The living room provides access to two bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as a staircase leading down, which is secured with a child gate.
