The offered maisonette Mario's Lux is located behind a supermarket Matsutis and 700 meters from the beautiful sand beach, about 100 meters from the pine forest.

The maisonette is rented by the owners. In 2026, the maisonette will be available for rental from the entire month of May to June 15, and from August 15 to the end of August. Depending on the number of guests, the rental price is 220 to 300 euros per night.

The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen. Two balcony's. Free WiFi.

There is a veranda with a table and garden chairs, as well as a small garden with a barbecue, banana trees and a tangerine tree. On the first floor there is a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen with toilet/bathroom. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, each with a balcony, a bathroom and a wardrobe in the hall. The maisonette is equipped with solar panels for hot water and four brand new air conditioners. The accommodation is suitable for four to six people.

Siviri is a cozy coastal village on the west coast of the Kassandra peninsula, the first 'leg' of Chalkidiki. The village is known for its relaxed atmosphere, child-friendly sandy beach and crystal clear sea.
