Villa Rocamadour is a beautifully renovated 200 m² holiday home that blends character and charm with modern comfort, set within fully enclosed grounds of 8,000 m². Featuring five bedrooms, five bathrooms, spacious living areas, and a private pool, it offers a peaceful retreat for families and groups, located just 6 km from Rocamadour. Most of the furniture—both indoor and outdoor—was renewed in 2026.
Outside, the enclosed garden offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surrounding landscape. The 3.5 x 11-meter private pool is perfect for cooling off on warm days, while various sunny and shaded terraces provide inviting spots for dining or unwinding. Ample private parking is available.
The ground floor features a spacious TV room—which can also serve as a private cinema—alongside a fully equipped modern kitchen with a dining area. Large patio doors opening onto the terrace allow plenty of natural light to fill the living areas. A ground-floor bedroom with a private entrance and en-suite bathroom is ideal for guests requiring step-free access, while the four bedrooms on the upper floor each have their own bathroom and are equipped with air conditioning.
The holiday home is situated in the Dordogne Valley and is ideally located for exploring the Lot region. Rocamadour, the Monkey Forest, Gramat Animal Park, and the Gouffre de Padirac are all easily accessible. Gramat offers shops, a Thursday market, and activities for the whole family. The Dordogne River, located about 15 km away, is perfect for swimming, canoeing, or relaxing on the supervised pebble beach at Gluges, situated at the foot of the limestone cliffs.
