We have converted and expanded a mobile home in the most beautiful spot on our property into a luxury home with space for a family with 4 children. Peace and quiet and nature are unique in this place.

The completely renovated mobile home has been thoroughly modernized and expanded with a large extension. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink, and a luxurious kitchen complete with dishwasher, oven and fridge-freezer combination. With three comfortable bedrooms, each with firm mattresses, this accommodation offers a wonderful place to rest. A round dining table with six chairs invites you to enjoy cozy breakfasts and meals.
What makes this property truly unique is the extension, which includes a central hall leading to double doors on one side, leading to a private parking space, and to the terrace and garden on the other. In the middle of this hall is access to the spacious living room, which offers a breathtaking view of the covered terrace, the hills and the lake through a large sliding glass door. Here you can enjoy the peace, space and the soothing sound of nature, without being disturbed by car traffic.
The area offers a diverse landscape, from rolling hills to mountainous areas, where every corner promises new adventures. Explore the majestic Padirac Caves, the longest in Europe, and wander through quaint villages, bustling with activity during the season. Relax with a peaceful canoe ride on the river or take a trip to lively Toulouse, just an hour's drive away. Come alive in the evening at local markets, where music and flavors merge under the stars for an unforgettable experience. Just 10 minutes away is the extensive beach of Molières, complete with attractions for the little ones. And within half an hour you can reach Cahors, where numerous cozy restaurants await you.
