Atypical house, troglodyte and full of charm, located in the heart of green Provence in the Var in Cotignac (labeled "most beautiful village in France").
Very authentic house which is built on three levels, hugging the rock.
It can accommodate six people and consists of an equipped kitchen, a living room, three double bedrooms and an open bedroom, a bathroom with WC and a storeroom (cave).
Very, very large terrace with exceptional views of the valley and the Maures massif with garden furniture (large table, comfortable garden chairs, gas plancha and fermob lamps).
Swimming pool of +/- 3.75m by 8m with furniture (parasols, armchairs, pool beds).
The house is located 10 minutes walk from the heart of Cotignac. Magnificent, very lively village (many restaurants, bars and shops). A typically Provençal market is organized every Tuesday and many activities are offered almost every day in summer (night market, open-air cinema and theater, flea markets, etc.).
You will be at the heart of numerous “hiking” trails and a magnificent region to discover by bike.
For water activities, you will be close to the park and the Verdon gorges and one hour from the Mediterranean beaches.
