Lacerta is an attractive holiday home in the middle of the unspoilt nature of Fayence, one of the most beautiful villages in the Var in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. The house is located on a beautiful wooded private domain of no less than 7,000 m², where peace, privacy and nature are central. Thanks to its unique location among the trees, you can enjoy a relaxing holiday here, far away from the hustle and bustle, while the beaches of the Côte d'Azur and numerous Provencal sights are still easily accessible.
The house has a large private swimming pool of approximately 12 x 4.20 meters, surrounded by sunny terraces with comfortable sun loungers. Here you can enjoy the southern French sun, take a refreshing dip or relax with a good book while looking out over the green surroundings. There is also a covered outdoor area where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or extensive dining during the long summer evenings. The barbecue, the spacious terrace and the quiet location make Lacerta particularly suitable for families, several families or groups of friends.
Although there is a second holiday home on the property, the grounds were laid out in such a way that both homes are completely separated from each other. Due to the natural height differences, there is virtually no view and every guest enjoys maximum privacy.
Lacerta can accommodate 6 to 7 people as standard, but can be expanded to 13 guests thanks to the extra rooms. This makes the house suitable not only for a normal family holiday, but also for family reunions, holidays with several families or groups of friends who want to discover Provence together.
The combination of peace, space, a private swimming pool, beautiful nature and the central location makes Lacerta an excellent base for exploring Provence and the Côte d'Azur. Whether you like walking, cycling, water sports, gastronomy, markets or simply relaxing by the pool, here you will experience a holiday where comfort and authenticity come together perfectly.
Lacerta was practically furnished so that both families and larger travel groups can stay comfortably. The spacious living room forms the cozy heart of the home and has sufficient seating for 6 to 7 people. The open connection to the kitchen ensures that everyone can cook, dine together and enjoy being together.
The house has three bedrooms as standard, including a master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and direct access to the rear terrace. There is also a second bedroom that is suitable for two to three people and has its own sink. For larger parties, two additional rooms can be furnished with single beds or bunk beds, significantly expanding the total capacity.
The house is also very practically furnished in terms of sanitary facilities. There are two separate toilets, two shower cabins with sinks and an extra bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. This means that everyone has sufficient comfort, even when you are staying with a larger group.
From the living room you step directly to the spacious rear terrace, where there is a large dining table, comfortable garden furniture and a party tent. Here you can enjoy cozy dinners in the open air while looking out at the garden and swimming pool. There are additional terraces around the pool where you can sunbathe or relax in peace.
