Holiday home 't Nophof is a characterful, fully renovated farm located on a quiet ridge on the edge of Zulzeke in the Flemish Ardennes. This spacious holiday home combines authentic charm with modern comfort and can accommodate groups of up to 12 people — ideal for family and friends weekends, active cycling holidays, walking trips or business retreats. 
The house impresses with a unique atmosphere: old elements such as original floor stones and wooden roof trusses have been preserved, while modern facilities such as a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sitting areas and cozy bedrooms ensure a pleasant stay. The spacious living room with wood-burning stove forms the heart of the accommodation, perfect for getting together after a day outside.

Weekend: 1245 euros
Prices for long weekends, school holidays, special packages, à la carte activities and catering are on request.
Inside, 't Nophof has been attractively renovated with respect for its heritage. The former pigsty functions as a warm entrance hall, the cowshed has been transformed into a cozy lounge and dining area, and the grain attic offers extra rooms under the original roof truss. 
The ground floor houses two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with walk-in shower. On the top floor you will find four additional bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate toilet. Each room is comfortably furnished to provide guests with a restful night's sleep. 
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern comfort (hob, oven/microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer) and offers all the necessities to cook yourself or invite a chef to your home.
The large shed is ideal for safely storing bicycles and motorcycles.
't Nophof is located in the middle of the rolling hills of the Flemish Ardennes, a region known for its beautiful nature, winding roads, forests and legendary slopes such as the Paterberg, Koppenberg and Kwaremont — iconic for cycling enthusiasts and perfect for cycling and walking tours. 
The region invites you to active holidays: there are numerous cycling and walking routes and sights such as the Tour of Flanders Center in Oudenaarde. Those who prefer to relax enjoy the peace, panoramic views, local gastronomy and beautiful nature. 
For families, the enclosed courtyard provides a safe play area for children, while adults can relax on the terrace, around the barbecue or in the garden under the walnut tree.
