The house is mainly built in glass so that you can enjoy the beautiful view even from the inside. Outside there are 2 beautiful and large terraces and garden furniture to enjoy your holiday in complete privacy. There is also a barbecue, an outdoor shower and private parking.

Inside there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a living room and well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, American fridge, oven, gas stove, Nespresso coffee machine... The bottom floor is accessible from outside and 1 bedroom and bathroom have recently been added. Ideal for 3 couples who each value their own privacy.There are special prices for those staying in the house with only 2 couples.

The location is also unique. The house is very quietly located on a hill a short distance from Capo d'Orlando. Capo d'Orlando has a pleasant center with a beautiful harbor and you will find numerous restaurants, bars and shops.

Due to its central location in Sicily between Palermo and Messina, you can fly to both Palermo and Catania.

And due to its location close to the highway, many sights in Sicily are possible: Palermo, Cefalù, Catania, Mount Etna, Castiglione in Sicilia, Randazzo, Messina, the Aeolian Islands, the nearby and authentic Nebrodi Mountains, the Madonie Mountains (with numerous gems such as Castelbuono, Pollina, Gangi, Petralia Sottana, Petralia Soprana...).
