The domain of the holiday home is completely enclosed and has a spacious, illuminated, private parking lot where three vehicles can easily be parked. A stone staircase takes you to the first terrace (50 m2) made of natural stone. From here you look out onto the 2500m2 private garden with swimming pool. The terracotta spiral staircase leads to a 50 m2 terracotta terrace that provides access to the holiday home and a north-facing terrace (10 m2). Cypresses, terracotta vases with colorful oleanders and an old kiwi pergola complete the picture.

Enjoy a refreshing splash in the south-facing swimming pool between sunbathing. The swimming pool is programmed at a constant temperature of 24° degrees during the day.

The pool is 4 meters wide and 8 meters long. The depth is 1.40 meters and the water level is kept at 1.20 meters.

The holiday home is furnished with respect for the original interior and offers cooling, tastefully decorated sleeping quarters for about 10 people, 4 bedrooms with king-size bed and 1 bedroom with bunk beds.

Due to the layout with 2 bedrooms downstairs with private bathroom and 3 bedrooms upstairs with private bathroom, the house is also suitable for 2 families/generations to stay. The kitchen, living room and garden can then be shared.
