Quietly located in the countryside 12 km from Orvieto, one of the most beautiful towns in Umbria.
This villa is a winner in all areas and has everything to enjoy a wonderful holiday: 3 bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and each with its own large bathroom (2 with shower and 1 with bath), 2 kitchens with every possible comfort and wood oven for pizza, a large living room with fireplace, a beautiful outdoor terrace with wooden loungers, garden table and lounge set, a sofa bed for 2 extra sleeping places... The owner is an engineer architect and has renovated this former school with great taste and beautiful details.
Furthermore, everything is available to make the guests comfortable: air conditioning, satellite TV, stereo, fly screens, washing machine, WiFi, a walk-in wardrobe, fitness equipment..
The house is divided into 2 blocks. This makes this house also ideal for 2 separate families. The 2 parts of the house are connected by a dining room with a large window overlooking the terrace and garden. Above the dining room there is a cozy outdoor terrace that connects the rooms on the first floor.
The swimming pool measures 10m x 4m and is filled with salt, which is better for the skin than chlorine. The steps are ideal for smaller children.
This villa is strategically located and is an ideal base. The places you can visit in Umbria, Lazio and Tuscany are endless: Orvieto, Lake Bolsena, Civita di Bagnoregio, Viterbo, Montefiascone, Marta, Acquapendente, Lake Corbara, Todi, Pitigliano, Castiglione in Teverina,…. but Florence and Rome are also accessible.
And those who want to stay on site can enjoy safe and enjoyable walking and cycling in the area (there is a bicycle rental service in Orvieto). You reach the house via a non-paved road of 3 km, but in good condition.
The closest village is Lubriano (4 km), where there are shops and restaurants. Larger shops can be found in Orvieto.
