An attractive, renovated and detached house on 1600 m2
quietly located in a typical Portuguese village of Parragil. Just a 10-minute drive from the city of Loulé, good for all kinds of shopping at the daily fish and vegetable market. There is also a large market on Saturdays.
This holiday home has a large garden with a 200-year-old olive tree, almond trees, etc. The garden is also equipped with beautiful garden furniture and a BBQ.
The swimming pool was completely newly constructed in 2012 and is 4m wide and 10m long.
The main house with hall, reading area and sitting room with wood-burning stove also has a TV with satellite and DVD player.
