Cute little studio in the heart of Ferragudo

The small but charming holiday home Casinha Georges is located in the heart of the typical and very popular village of Ferragudo in the beautiful Algarve region.

This holiday home offers its guests a peaceful atmosphere among the locals.

The studio is just a stone's throw from the 'meeting place', the central village square also called 'Le Square', with its restaurants, bars and small supermarkets.

The nearest beach, Praia Angrinha, is just a 5-minute walk away. Parking spaces are available near the house.

The studio is a completely non-smoking property. Pets are only allowed after consultation.

You will stay in an authentic village house that was completely renovated in 2026, is furnished with a French touch and has all the necessary comfort and amenities.

It is a room with a comfortable double bed, chairs, a kitchen and breakfast table with chairs. Bathroom with spacious walk-in shower.

Outside there is room for a small table and two chairs, or you can use the original attached sofa.

Ferragudo is a small but impressive village that has largely retained its original character, located on one of the most fascinating coasts in Western Europe: the Algarve.

It is located on the eastern bank of the Rio Arade estuary and is one of the most peaceful villages in Portugal. At low tide the boats lie on dry land in the small harbor. The clear water shimmers green and blue. Narrow, picturesque, winding alleys give you an impression of the Portuguese mentality. 
The women wash their laundry in front of whitewashed houses. The fishermen repair their nets. Around noon, sardines are grilled in front of the modest houses.

Particularly worth seeing are the small church in the upper part of the village and the castle complex underneath. From there enjoy a panoramic view of the harbor entrance. Anyone who has ever been to Ferragudo will certainly remember the beautiful narrow alleys.

Ferragudo not only has something to offer holidaymakers during the day. The evenings and nights in particular can be very long here. It often happens that people sit comfortably on a balcony, in the garden or on a terrace and enjoy a delicious Portuguese wine. So you can spend the evenings and nights in a good mood and relaxed.

The market square in Ferragudo is the meeting place for both locals and guests.
The town is notable for its many romantic alleys and squares. Here you will find cozy pubs, cafes, the bakery, the newsagent, etc.
