Very nicely furnished class landscape villa with beautiful heated infinity pool

In Villa Tareja you will find luxury, peace and space. The villa is located in the hills just behind the town of São Brás de Alportel. From the living room and the terrace you have a spectacular, unobstructed view over the hills of the Serra do Caldeirão.

Villa Tareja offers you complete privacy and is surrounded by a green oasis of olive trees, fig trees and oleanders. The terrace has a lovely lounge seating area and a spacious dining table with comfortable wicker chairs. On the sun deck by the pool you will find teak sun loungers with comfortable cushions.

The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The large kitchen is equipped with all appliances and in the spacious hall there is a separate toilet with fountain. The 50 m² living room has a separate dining and sitting area. The living room is 3.50 high and has a pallet stove. From both the dining room and the living room you walk through three sliding doors to the terrace (30 m²), which is connected to the sun deck (37 m²) around the beautiful infinity swimming pool.

All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning for cold and warm air and air purification. Of course there is free WiFi, a Sonos music system and satellite TV with all Dutch channels.

S.B. the Alportel is located 20 km inland above Faro. It is a quiet town with a historic center overlooking the coastal region and the sea of Faro. There are some very good restaurants, which we can tell you more about upon arrival.

S.B. The Alportel is so centrally located that all sights, beaches and (sports) activities can be reached within 25 minutes. Even cities such as Seville (2 hours) and Lisbon (2.5 hours) are suitable for a day trip. However, the peace, nature and lazy life make S.B. the Alportel so attractive to stay. Sometimes time seems to stand still and you imagine yourself in the summer tranquility of the 1950s. However, liveliness is never far away, the cities of Tavira, Olhāo, Loulé and Silves are easy to reach, without traffic jams.

Around Villa Tareja you can fully enjoy nature, culture, walking, cycling, swimming or golf. Or just stay at home and relax by the pool in the sun.

The house is located in central Algarve Portugal. Faro airport is 20 km away, approximately a 20-minute drive.

The villa is located directly on part of the Via Algarviana, the official walking route through the Algarve and on the Fante da Tareja nature reserve where you can enjoy walking, running or mountain biking. Villa Tareja is ideally located for people who seek peace and privacy, but want to have amenities, beaches and attractions within easy reach. The old town center of São Brás and all supermarkets are only a 5-minute drive away.

And in just 25 minutes you can drive to Faro airport, the beautiful beaches of Olhāo and Tavira and the best golf courses in Europe.
