Security Deposit

A €400 security deposit (for stays up to 28 nights) is required before check-in and will be refunded after inspection.

For longer stays (28+ nights), the deposit is €750.

Cleaning

The cleaning fee included in your reservation covers check-in and check-out service.

Additional cleaning or linen changes can be arranged upon request (subject to availability and extra cost).
