The brand new apartment 'Serendipity Green' (top floor of a three-storey building with elevator) offers you 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a guest toilet, a spacious living and dining room with fully equipped open kitchen.
The large terrace with lateral sea view and mountain view invites you to enjoy a drink, a cozy barbecue or a relaxing moment with a book and a glass of wine. All this is offered to you within walking distance of a supermarket, restaurants, the beach and the beach promenade.
You can park your rental car for free in a secure parking lot. But if you don't have a rental car, you can easily organize excursions with public transport (50 meters away) or just take a taxi in front of the door.
Everything is there for a comfortable holiday in the luxurious surroundings of the Serendipity Green apartment. Furthermore, the apartment also invites for a longer stay or even for wintering in the pleasant climate of the south coast of the beautiful island of Madeira.
