Welcome to Vila Alcaria,

a luxurious new-build villa, with air conditioning, ideal for a restful and relaxing stay.

Vila Alcaria has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Maximum occupancy: 8 adults + 2 children and 1 toddler in the 4 rooms.

The fourth room has 2 bunk beds, ideal for larger families with children.

Vila Alcaria is located in the central Algarve not far from Estoi, Olhão, Fuseta and Santa Luzia…

The villa consists of 2 floors with 4 spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage cupboards (3 double bedrooms and 1 room with 2 bunk beds). Each bedroom has its own bathroom (with shower and/or bath). The bedrooms are provided with fresh linen and towels upon arrival.

The new kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances to maximize your comfort (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, iron...). The spacious living room with flat screen TV gives direct access to the sun terrace with swimming pool. There is TV Vlaanderen (including all Belgian and Dutch radio and TV channels via satellite) and WiFi internet.

There is air conditioning everywhere. Cold and warm.

The spacious garden is fully landscaped. Both the pool and the house have cozy terraces with beautiful garden furniture and comfortable sun loungers.

The private pool can be heated, in option, from May 1 to September 30 at 150 €/week.

The location, with a view of the sea, is ideal for people who want peace and privacy just outside the tourist crowds but still close to everything.

Further information: Pets not allowed, minimum number of rental days: 6, car recommended, baby facilities (bed, relax, high chair, etc.)

The final cleaning is included in the price if you book a minimum of 7 days, for shorter periods an additional charge will be agreed.

There are always sufficient towels available.

The approximately 200 kilometer long coastline is of breathtaking beauty with beautiful sandy beaches, spectacular rock formations and nice fishing ports.

Visit Carvoeiro, Lagos, Ferragudo, Alvor, Porches, Portimão…

In the quiet, hilly hinterland of the Algarve you can enjoy the beautiful nature and picturesque villages such as Silves, Loulé and Caldas de Monchique.

Inland you will find several places not to be missed, including Alte, Loulé, Monchique and Silves. To the east one can visit Tavira, Olhão, Estoí and Villa Real up to the border river Guadiana.

Just drive around and enjoy the surroundings, the villages, the authentic houses and the friendly people. Well worth a visit to the Algarve!

The Algarve is also a popular place for golf enthusiasts, who often plan their holidays there in the autumn or winter. The winter in Portugal can be compared to a mild spring in Belgium and that is where you will meet the most golfers. Not difficult, because there is a very extensive range of beautiful golf domains.
