When you enter Casa Três Tavira, you immediately feel it, this house IS a holiday!

This white villa of 220 square meters for six people is located on the outskirts of Santa Luzia, with unobstructed views of the Rio de Formosa and the Atlantic Ocean (Praia do Barril), an idyllic place of tranquility, especially if you stay on our roof terrace. that provides a 360° view.

Sometimes you have those wonderful moments when you notice, this feels good, all the pieces of the puzzle fit together so beautifully, the overall picture is correct. The new owners had this experience at the beginning of 2020 when they stood in front of Villa 3 in Santa Luzia, Tavira.

A coming together of things that gave us that nice feeling; the delicious local gastronomy, an authentically cute fishing village without many high-rise buildings and with plenty of nice terraces and restaurants, the nature 'Rio Formosa' on our doorstep, a view of the ocean from the balcony, the mountains just behind you, many cycling opportunities and an top house that met all our requirements.

They gave this modern new-build villa their personal touch, so that you feel at home.

There is plenty of space, both inside and outside on the 4 different terraces, where you can find the sun or shade at any time of the day. In short, we think you will also be charmed by Casa Três Tavira.

It was voted one of the ten most beautiful villages in the region and is known as the Portuguese capital of the octopus.

Yet this authentic fishing village, partly due to its location, is an undiscovered part of the Algarve, so you can enjoy the sun, sea and nature in peace. There are also various cultural sights and sports facilities.
