The sellers of the company are a Dutch couple who started it in 1995 in Portugal. Over the years, a campsite, accommodations and a restaurant have been developed. The campsite has about 50 places. The sale was prompted by the lack of succession and the sellers' desire to retire.There are solar panels for hot water on the roof of the sanitary building of the campsite. The house at the entrance of the estate is from 1682. The outer walls and some inner walls are made of granite stones. The entire building was completely restored in the period from 2000 to 2002. With the complete restoration, the 17th century style of the building has been preserved.

For this purpose, the sanitary building has been expanded with a new part that can be heated.
