Adjacent to the naya you have a private garden with a back door that opens onto the street with parking right in front of the door, ideal for unloading and loading luggage and groceries.

The Floridamar complex is completely closed and is only accessible to the people who live or rent there.

The Floridamar complex is located right next to old Javea and only 400m from the sea (Platja de la Grava)

The famous sandy beach Playa Delarenal is 2 km from the complex, where you will find a fantastic promenade with many restaurants/bars and shops

The Lidl and Mercadona supermarkets are 500m and 800m away respectively

The old city with its beautiful buildings and rich history is definitely worth a visit, here you will find several busy authentic Spanish restaurants (Cajita Azul is definitely recommended).

Every Thursday of the year, with the exception of public holidays, you will find the weekly market at Placa de la Constitucio from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm

The beautiful town of Javea is located on a beautiful bay on the Costa Blanca (Valencia region). It borders the Parc Natural del Montgó, located between the rocky Cabo de San Antonio (174 m, 2 km east) and Cabo de la Nao (4 km south, and the easternmost point of the coastal mountain range). The popular seaside resort of Dénia is located north of Javea. Javea is perfectly located between the cities of Valencia and Alicante, an hour's drive by car!

Javea is a popular seaside resort and winter visitors like to come there. The city has a population of about 30,000, half of whom are foreigners. The coast is protected by the Montgó from strong winds and provides a favorable microclimate. In the winter months there is relatively little precipitation and the temperature is pleasant. Javea is also a popular destination in the summer. The sun shines brightly and the temperatures range from May to September between 24-32 degrees. The coast is 20 km long with a huge variety of beaches and bays. Playa El Arenal, is the only sandy beach in the city, the others are pebble beaches! The fishing district of Duanes with its city beach and boulevard is a popular district and has good restaurants and bars. At Cabo de la Nao you will find one of the most beautiful beaches in Spain, Playa de Granadella. You can take beautiful walks along the coast and on the Montgó. There are many viewpoints along the way and you can enjoy panoramic views.

In addition to being a seaside resort, Javea is an attractive town with a historic center located 1 km inland. The city with its narrow streets is always pleasantly busy with many terraces, bars, restaurants and shops. After a day at the beach, it is pleasant to stay there!
