It consists of two floors, the bottom of which is located at the garden level, where you will find 1 spacious bedroom with a spacious bathroom en suite and separate closet space and a cozy TV/chill area.
Via a staircase you reach the main part of the house where you enter the living area with lounge, relaxation area and so on to the open kitchen and dining area.
The kitchen is equipped with every comfort including dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator,...
In addition to the kitchen you will find 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom
Both bedrooms have double beds with separate single mattresses and duvets
The upper living area has air conditioning throughout and a gas heater for heating.
Internet/wifi and smart TV are provided.
Outside you will find several terraces around the house, there is always sun somewhere and shade somewhere.
From one of the terraces and from the lounge you also have a beautiful view of the sea.
Casa Kariana is located 1.5 km from the sea and the picturesque beaches of Benissa such as Cala Advocat, Cala Baladrar and Cala La Fustera.
Only 10 minutes by car and you are in the beautiful Moraira with its beautiful marina and many bars and restaurants, here you will also find 2 beautiful sandy beaches, Playa El Portet and Playa de l'Ampolla.
This house is also the ideal base for cycling and walking enthusiasts.
Supermarkets are 5 and 10 minutes by car.
