This beautiful Spanish villa is a detached house with private swimming pool and can accommodate up to 6 people.

You drive up the driveway through a closed entrance gate and you can enter the front door directly from the car.
The house is divided into 2 floors.
On the ground floor, the same level as the swimming pool and the outdoor area, we find the cozy living space with separate dining room and lounge that also opens into the open kitchen, which is equipped with all amenities and appliances.
Here we also find 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 guest toilet.
Via a staircase in the hall we reach the top floor where we find 1 bedroom with private terrace and sun loungers and an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower. There is also a smart TV in this room
There is air conditioning everywhere in the house and the bedrooms.
All bedrooms have a double bed.
There is WiFi in the house and a smart TV.
There is a beautiful outdoor area with a private swimming pool 8 x 4 with sun loungers.
A cozy outdoor bar and BBQ are available.
There is also a covered naya where a dining table has been placed, which you can access from the dining room through the garden doors.
There is sufficient parking space within the fully fenced property.
Casa El Gallo is located in the San Jaime district of Benissa Costa, near the Ifach Golf
You also have a beautiful view of the golf from the house and outdoor area.
The village of Moraira with its beautiful marina is only 10 minutes by car (4 km), here you will find numerous nice and tasty bars and restaurants, boutiques and some sandy beaches.
Nearest supermarket is Pepe La Sal just 1.9 km.
