This beautiful domain with 12,000 m² of privacy and tranquility is located in the middle of nature, in the hills behind São Brás de Alportel.
The main house and the annex are located on this domain. The annex is a separate house by the pool.
The villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a cozy living terrace with beautiful rural views.
In the annex there are 2 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
This holiday villa in Algarve is therefore ideal for 10 people.
But there is more! In the garden there is also a luxurious glamping tent with its own bathroom. So there is room for 12 people in total.
In Algarve, life largely takes place outdoors.
Personally, we rarely, if ever, eat indoors in the summer.
That is why beautiful outdoor spaces and terraces are super important.
There are many nooks and crannies to discover in Quinta da Cortiça, both in the villa and in the annex near the pool and also in the glamping tent.
Enough cozy corners to enjoy the wonderful Algarve climate together as a couple or in a group.

The center of São Brás de Alportel is 5 km away. With shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. There is also an indoor fresh market. Loulé, Faro and Tavira are each reachable within 25 minutes.
Due to the central location of São Brás, both Western and Eastern Algarve are easy to explore.
The town's church was rebuilt after the 1755 earthquake. The church is located in the older part of the city with typical narrow, cobbled streets. The church square offers fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the surrounding landscape.
Activities: Visiting the cork factory, boat trips on the Ria Formosa nature park, golf, beaches, water parks, nature walks and so much more….
