The villa is completely private with a fenced plot of 800 m² and several terraces to enjoy the outdoors to the fullest. On the terrace at the house you will find a beautiful dining table with wooden chairs for 8 people, a gas BBQ and a cozy covered lounge area. To the right of the house is an additional wooden terrace, accessible via a few stairs up. There is a small inground pool of 10 m² (4 m by 2.5 m) for the necessary refreshment in the summer. On the terrace there are comfortable loungers under a shade sail. There is also an outdoor shower. The terrace is perfectly oriented to the west to enjoy the long summer evenings with a beautiful sunset.

The house has a living area of ​​120 m² and is very practical and stylishly furnished. From the terrace at the house you enter the living room directly through French doors. It consists of a cozy sitting area with comfortable sofas and TV and a dining table inside for the colder evenings. The kitchen is open to the living room and fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer... and all small kitchen utensils. In short, everything you need to get the best out of yourself as a chef during your holiday. Adjacent is a storage room with an additional fridge and washing machine/dryer.

On the ground floor there are also 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, wardrobe space and a shared bathroom. The bathroom consists of a bath, shower and single bathroom. In the hallway you will also find a separate toilet.

Via an open staircase from the living room you go to the upper floor which consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a dressing and an adjoining bathroom. This bathroom has a shower, single sink and a toilet.

The entire house is equipped with air conditioning that can switch to heating during the colder periods.

There is no charging station available. Electric cars can be charged via the outdoor socket using a suitable charging cable for a standard socket, such as an EVSE or "granny charger" cable.
