The very spacious L-shaped living room consists of a cozy lounge with TV and a dining room adjacent to the open kitchen.
The fully equipped kitchen is user-friendly and equipped with every convenience, including refrigerator-freezer/dishwasher/washing machine/coffee maker/dolce gusto/oven/microwave/induction hob.
Everything is on the same level.
There is a smart TV with Chromecast cable with the most popular apps such as Netflix / Telenet / TV Vlaanderen / Ziggo / ...
There is air conditioning in all rooms ----- there is very well-functioning fiber optic internet.
The house is completely fenced and private and closed with a gate, there is room for at least two cars.
There is also a very nice private swimming pool with a spacious sun terrace with sun loungers.

The urbanization also has a spacious communal swimming pool.
No pets are allowed in this home and smoking is not allowed.
This house is the ideal base for cycling enthusiasts, you can quickly reach Coll de Rates and Pinos and in Calpe you can also take guided cycle tours for cyclists.
Calpe also has a lot to offer, two large sandy beaches (Arenal and La Fossa), a nature reserve with flamingos, a beautiful walking route along the coast from Calpe to Moraira with numerous bars along the way,
Many shops/bars/restaurants always create a pleasant atmosphere in Calpe.
on Wednesdays and Saturdays there is the weekly market in Calpe.
