The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with two separate beds, there is a bathroom en suite to the master bedroom with toilet/sink/shower and another separate bathroom with toilet/sink/bath with shower combination.
There is a separate kitchen that is fully equipped, refrigerator/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, cutlery, plates, etc. cooking pots.
Adjacent to the kitchen you have a terrace that opens onto the courtyard of the complex.
You also have the living room with lounge and dining table and an adjacent second terrace.
There is a central air conditioning system in the apartment.
Internet and TV are available (TV Vlaanderen/Netflix).
A private garage is included with the apartment.
The complex has a communal swimming pool and is located next to the boulevard of La Fossa and therefore close to the beach and the sea.
The Fossa beach is a well-maintained sandy beach and very extensive with plenty of room for everyone.
You will also find nice bars/restaurants and shops on this boulevard.
The other beach, Arenal, is also within walking distance, where you will also find many restaurants and shops.

Calpe is just 80 km from Alicante and 120 km from Valencia, two beautiful cities that are definitely worth a visit. Benidorm is also only 25 km away and you can enjoy all the fun that Benidorm has to offer, including a mega water park and an amusement park.
Calpe is also known for its nature reserve where flamingos have been home for many years. You can walk all the way around the lake to admire their splendor, but they can also be admired from the street.
For cycling enthusiasts, there are a number of addresses where bicycles can be rented and where guided cycle tours are also offered.
Hikers will certainly get their money's worth here.
