 The ground-floor apartment of 100 m² features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious, bright living area. Each room is fitted with individually controlled air conditioning, ensuring optimal comfort throughout the apartment.

The outdoor area of 110 m², consisting of a private garden and furnished terraces with a private jacuzzi, provides direct access to the communal gardens and the two shared swimming pools.
