This finca with pool is located in a quiet area between Alcudia and Pollensa, has beautiful mountain views and can accommodate up to 5 people. It is the perfect holiday choice for families and cyclists. This beautiful private finca has lovely gardens to relax in and an area for children to play. The pool is accessed via a gate for the peace of mind of the parents. Next to the pool there is a barbecue area and space to enjoy a pleasant evening.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 with 2 single beds and 1 with a double bed. There are two bathrooms, 1 with a shower and 1 with a bath. There is a large living room and a large terrace with a kitchen and a large table where you can enjoy pleasant meals together.
The beaches of Sa Marina or Puerto de Alcudia are about 6 km away and in Alcúdia you will also find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, activities for children... You should not miss the market on Tuesdays or Sundays, the historic centre, the city walls or the Roman city of Pollentia.
